Thanks Homeless and City Hall, another fire and mess left for taxpayers to pay for. I wonder when Caltrans, Amtrak, or ?? will want to step in and clear it out.
I’m with COASTWATCH. Take the “mentally ill drug addicted homeless people” away from access to drugs and booze and watch how they start to turn into productive individuals. Sure, some may have turned themselves into village idiots, in which case some of the others can be employed to care for them. I vote for WPA programs to repair trails and build roads…. and Bidenville tent cities out in parts of the country where work needs to be done. WAY better than living under freeway underpasses and torching trees and bushes next to our homes.
And send them where? I guess you don’t care if you move the problem to Ventura as long as it isn’t in your backyard?
