Seems like there are more people camping outside than inside all these little camping neighborhoods.
There’s so many vagrants camping off Los Positas now. Behind the liquor store. Both off and on ramps, Modoc, Adams school and heading towards Hendrys beach. They pan handle all day, they go through the cans in the surrounding neighborhoods and possibly looking for houses to break into.
County S.B., City S.B., City Goleta–intergovernmental coordination on these vagrants. Don’t just kick the can down the street. One location pushes them to another location, and the vagrants all catch on, and figure out how to keep their drugs and booze flowing, in camps.

As I read all these comments it breaks my heart what is happening to our beloved town. Do you know the definition of insanity? It is doing the same thing over and expecting a different result. This is America, we have a voice and we make it known by voting. Let us let government know we are sick of this and other not want it anymore. Let’s stop voting how we were, let’s change and get our home cleaned up. We should not have to live this way. This is my opinion. I love our home.
