Box Truck Rolls Over Near Milpas

A box truck carrying empty boxes rolled over on Highway 101 southbound near Milpas early Thursday morning.

Around 4:45 a.m., California Highway Patrol responded to a solo vehicle collision near the Milpas Street offramp. They discovered the box truck had rolled over and spilled empty boxes all over the roadway.

CHP closed the offramp for approximately three hours during cleanup and the number three lane will be closed for an unknown duration of time. 

CHP is investigating the cause of this incident.
