The hotel was listed by Village Properties.
About Casa Jardin
Casa Jardin is designed and operated as a staffless and keyless hotel, similar to a traditional short-term rental property.
One of the unique aspects of the property is that every room has been approved as a separate condominium, according to the listing. This allows the new owner to sell units individually and unlock more value over time.
Each pet-friendly unit is fully furnished, features high-quality finishes, and is fitted with top-tier appliances and amenities that cater to both short- and extended-stay guests, according to the listing.
All units include kitchenettes with microwaves, mini-fridges, and coffee machines, according to Visit Santa Barbara. The hotel has two fully equipped apartments, 10 rooms for double occupancy, and one room with two queen beds.
Along with fully equipped kitchens, a couple of units include an in-unit washer and dryer exclusively for guest use.
All units are equipped with smart televisions and built-in ceiling cassettes, allowing guests to control heating and air conditioning in every room.
The property has undergone a “comprehensive rebuild” in the past three years, according to the listing. The renovations include new building systems and interiors with clean and updated aesthetics.
Casa Jardin includes on-site parking, along with EV chargers, according to its website.
The hotel’s operations are handled by ZenStay, a hospitality operator that offers full-service management, including dynamic pricing and reservations, guest service, housekeeping, and maintenance.
The listing noted that the management platform also provides transparent financial reporting, which allows for a “truly passive ownership experience.”
