A Borderline Bar shooting victim was remembered in a candlelight memorial at Carpinteria’s Seal Fountain on Monday night.
Marky Meza would have been 21 years old when he was killed while working at the Thousand Oaks bar earlier this month.
The group sang Happy Birthday to him then walked to the beach and tossed flowers in the ocean.
