Bear spotted crossing West Camino Cielo towards the city on Saturday around 6:40pm.
About half way up the road we saw a bear trying to cross the street. The bear backtracked slightly and then crossed the road moving towards the city. It appeared to be alone and was not too distracted by the car honk.
Hikers and residents be cautious. You never know what you might encounter.
