1. Rookie. You can shoplift $950 of stuff, sell it for a $100 and just get a ticket promise to appear.
   Or you can rob a bank and get $500 and get 2-5 years… which pencils out to a payday of .12 cents $.30 cents to per day in prison.
   He either parked on Hermosillo and drove god only knows where or used the underpass to the beach and tried to hide in the homeless encampment (where bringing down the heat is certainly frowned upon. Most things go in an encampment, but bringing a deluge of cops is considered bad manners and you will get dry snitched)
