Band on the Eastside?

Does anyone know why a full band is playing on the east side, with a mic and amplified sound system, in a residential neighborhood? Half of the area is still under mandatory evacuation, but there are still people here, some of whom have just returned home after voluntary evacuations were lifted.

This was in my mailbox today... a daily meditation if you will. "Be positive, patient and persistent. WE MAY NOT HAVE CONTROL OF ALL situations, but we have a CHOICE ABOUT how we view them."

Why? Because playing music is fun! What does it matter to you anyways? People should be able to play/listen to music while enjoying their last moments in their neighborhood before it burns down. You NIMBYs really need to slow your roll.

I'm curious if the music is coming from the mandatory evacuation zone or the voluntary. Even on the Titanic as it went down the music played on.
