Autopsy Results for Triple Homicide Victims Released

The Sheriff’s Office is releasing autopsy results for the three homicide victims who were murdered on December 28, 2018 at a residence in the 5900 block of Oakhill Road in Orcutt. The examinations revealed that 34-year-old Nicole McNabb, 64-year-old Melanie McNabb and 63-year-old Carlos Echavarria all died as a result of blunt force and sharp force trauma. The victims were all beaten and stabbed multiple times and died as a result of their injuries. The weapons recovered at the scene included a sledgehammer and several large kitchen knives.

The murders remain under investigation.

  1. Yep I just posted one of them but that’s up on the pass..There was a medical closer for someone who got a fish hook in their foot on Via Lucero that is probably what you were hearing…I sure hope there is not some woman out there fishing for men.
