AUD and Short Term Rental Meeting

On Tuesday the City Council will decide if residential units can be turned into hotels/short term vacation rentals (STRs) or not. While the City Council is not making a blanket decision for the City as it relates to all hotel/STR conversions, while we struggle with a housing crisis, they will decide if a zoning amendment will proceed to remove this option from AUD projects or not.
