AT&T Outage in Noleta?

• I can’t make or receive calls on my AT&T Wireless cell phone here in Noleta, and neither can my family in LA (on same family account). Can’t reach AT&T online, either. Anyone else having this issue, or shall I continue pursuing this as a “family matter?!” Thanks for the input.
• I tried to make phones call from my iPhone and I could not complete any of the calls, local or long distance. I reset my phone but whatever I did nothing worked. The my wife called on FaceTime from Costco and she told that she could not make any call either.
