Edney, great question you pose. I thought the same thing. There’s an army of so-called environmentalists in SB, but I have a feeling they’re not for real. Our watersheds and ocean are being literally sh-t on constantly by the homeless.
Officers in creek should be wearing hazmat suits. For the life of me, I can’t imagine why otherwise adrenalized environmentalists don’t insist the homeless stop dropping loads into the creeks.
Maybe its because the homeless are impervious to shaming and also won’t ever pay any fines
