A neighbor dispute outside of an apartment complex at 310 E. McCoy ended in a shooting [Saturday] at 1:45 PM. The suspect exited the apartment and surrendered to officers without incident. A firearm was recovered from the apartment. The victim suffered non life-threatening injuries and was transported to Marian Hospital. Both parties are adults. Detectives and SMPD crime scene investigators are still on scene. All names are being withheld while the detectives continue their investigation
