Anyone on probation for previous crimes should not get a free pass. Especially one with warrants and a gun. Unbelievable what this state is allowing to happen during the time of Covid.

I don't support the Covid free hall pass and will be voting accordingly. Jail is the price paid for committing a crime. Just as much of a chance of catching something on the outside.

Unless a jail can be build to protect other inmates from illness.. Or all crime punishment is changed to Death for punishment I am for the pass. Death is not the punishment for Jay Walking yet.

There are a lot of reasons the Sheriffs might not release names or photos, including on-going investigations. In this case there may also be another weapon or two outstanding. One of the suspects was also a minor. Responsible scanner folks use discretion to avoid interfering with what LE needs to do.
