Armed Robbery at RaboBank on Bath Street

9:40 a.m., June 1, 2017

On 5-31-2017 at approximately 4:00 pm, Rabobank located at 2222 Bath Street, Santa Barbara, was robbed at gunpoint. The suspect is described as being a Hispanic male adult, approximately 35-50 years of age, approximately 5’-8”, 220 lbs., clean shaven.  He was armed with a semi-automatic handgun and was last seen leaving on a bicycle to the rear of the business.

Rabobank is a small business adjacent to Cottage Hospital and Encina Lodge and Suites.  Anyone who observed any suspicious individuals in that area, prior or immediately following the time of the robbery are encouraged to contact Detective Megan Harrison at (805) 897-2343.  The investigation is on-going and no further information will be released at this time.
