Operating since 2019, the studio’s two locations in Solvang and Orcutt are listed for sale on the platform.
The listing shows an asking price of $425,000.
It includes $90,000 in inventory and $150,000 in furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). Gross revenue is listed at $219,000, according to BizBuySell.
Owners Cite Family Reasons for Sale
According to the listing, owners have cited “family situations” as the reason for the sale. It also states that the owners are willing to provide transition support if needed.
The Solvang studio is described in the listing as being located in the heart of town, featuring rooftop panoramic views and positioned in a high foot traffic area. The listing states it is the only Pilates studio in the immediate area.
The Orcutt studio is located in Old Orcutt and is described in the listing as having high drive-by visibility. Both locations are described as fully equipped.
Together, the two locations serve clients in Solvang and Orcutt within Santa Barbara County.

Mission Pilates Offers Range of Fitness Classes

The studio specializes in contemporary Pilates based on the original work of Joseph Pilates, adapted for a range of fitness levels, according to Mission Pilates’ website.

The owners are Kristina Vail and Kaycie Elizalde. According to the business description, Vail grew up in the Santa Ynez Valley and transitioned into Pilates after being diagnosed with a hip condition.
