A 2.46-acre ocean-view estate in Santa Barbara’s Hope Ranch has been listed for $20 million.
Located at 4265 Cresta Avenue, the luxury estate spans 11,770 square feet across three floors, according to the listing.

The property’s exterior features stone finishes, antique wood pillar columns, and custom glass doors. Terraces offer sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, according to the listing.

The interior features an open layout indoors, connecting the kitchen with the dining room and family room.
The chef’s kitchen includes an expansive zinc-wrapped island with a La Cornue range, sub-zero refrigeration, three ovens, and three sinks, the listing added. The kitchen also has a walk-in pantry.
The kitchen has an adjacent terrace with dual barbecue stations and a covered dining area.

The primary bedroom offers a private patio with a spa, outdoor shower, a Venetian plaster fireplace and a sitting area, along with two walk-in closets.
Upstairs are three ensuite bedrooms, each with Juliet balconies facing the Pacific Ocean.
The finished lower level adds more amenity space to the estate, featuring a theater, wine cellar and tasting room, a gym, and a full bath.
Outdoor amenities include a pool with lounge seating, two spas, an infinity-edge fountain, and a resurfaced tennis court with basketball hoops. There are landscaped gardens with lighting.

The residence incorporates smart home technology, such as Sonos audio, Nest climate control, and integrated lighting and security systems. The estate includes an expansive garage that can accommodate four cars, and an additional climate-controlled flex garage space.
As part of the Hope Ranch community, residents enjoy access to equestrian trails, a gated beach with picnic area, a playground, surfboard storage, and round-the-clock community patrol.
