Diarrhea outbreak in Traffic Court?
What is the point? This sort of snide innuendo is the worst of commentator conduct. Who knows what this represents==perhaps this is the normal annual delivery. There are a lot of tourists that use those restrooms. Or perhaps it is a misdelivery. Or perhaps the judges are hoarding for their own needs? Which is more credible? Which is more appealing to the gossips?
Is this a remedial draining action? Some suspected all along they were ‘full of $*it’.
