Come to the SBMM Wine & Seafood Pairing event during the Harbor & Seafood Festival on Saturday October 12, 2019, from 12 noon – 3pm. Through the partnership of Edible Santa Barbara and the Santa Barbara Vintner’s Association, event attendees will be able to taste wines of Santa Barbara County paired with culinary creations from Santa Barbara’s best chefs using local, fresh-caught seafood, all while enjoying live music and scenic harbor views from the SBMM patio.

Proceeds from the event benefit the Santa Barbara Maritime Museum (SBMM), which is a 501(c)3 non-profit. Since 2000, SBMM has featured many artifacts and stories to share the history of the Santa Barbara Channel with more than 40,000 visitors annually and provides year-round experiential maritime history and marine science exhibits for all ages. SBMM staff and volunteers visit local elementary schools, put youth aboard a tall ship for the night or aboard a local fishing boat to experience the marine life of our channel. In addition, the Museum’s hands-on exhibits allow visitors to see the channel through a working periscope, catch a marlin, and don a hard-hat diving helmet.
