UCSB Middle East Ensemble
Directed by Scott Marcus, the UCSB Middle East Ensemble will present an evening of music and dance reflecting the great variety of cultures found in the Middle East on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 7:30 pm in Lotte Lehmann Concert Hall on the UC Santa Barbara campus. The ensemble performs music and dance from Arab, Turkish, Persian, Armenian, Greek, Jewish, and even Assyrian cultures, with everything from classical pieces to popular songs, as well as folk and cabaret-style dances.
