Feedback is critical to improving individual performance and organizational effectiveness. This class clearly outlines why the most successful organizations only exist in an atmosphere of open feedback and provides techniques and practical applications of best practices in giving and receiving feedback.

The Visionary Leader Certificate enables students to develop the strategic communication techniques and skills to optimize organizational culture and develop current employees into successful future leaders.
