Surfrider Santa Barbara general meeting

Join Surfrider Santa Barbara chapter for our June 15 General Meeting and social hour . Meet at 7:00PM at the Watershed Resource Center at Hendry’s Beach ( Arroyo Burro Park). The meeting is free and open to the public and as always there will be pizza and light refreshments. Our guest speaker will be Das Williams, currently serving as our first district County Supervisor. He is a UCSB graduate who has served as Santa Barbara City councilman, and prior to his recent election to County Supervisor served from December 6, 2010 – November 30, 2016 as our district’s representative to the State Assembly. He has been a strong supporter of coastal preservation and can often be found surfing at various spots around Santa Barbara county.
