Santa Barbara Humane Society Dog Training Orientation

The Santa Barbara Humane Society is delighted to announce that they will offer dog-training classes beginning in 2019. The classes, a collaborative effort between Santa Barbara Humane Society, Joan Hunter Mayer of Inquisitive Canine and Sara Munro of Built to Behave, will cover some of the many facets of training puppies and dogs in an innovative module structure. Participants will be able to select five modules to attend over an eight-week period.
A course of 5 modules will cost $179. The price will be reduced to $150 for dogs recently adopted from Santa Barbara Humane Society. All participating dogs must be fully vaccinated, and puppies under the age of 5 months must have received their second round of the Parvo and Distemper vaccinations. Participants must attend a mandatory orientation before they begin classes.
