Follow the stars to thrills, excitement, delicious fair food, and entertainment. Your family will love creating memories that will last forever so rocket on over to the Santa Barbara Fair and Expo, it’s “Out of this World!” There are more than 30 rides that twist, twirl, whip, and hurl at the Cosmic Carnival Midway. Board Zipper, Inversion, Starship 3000, Quazar, Wacky Worm Coaster, Wave Swinger, and lots of other astronomically fun rides for people of all ages. Adorable and safe rides for children will inspire you to get your camera out as you see magic memories being made. New this year is the super spectacular Turbo Speed, towers over 130 feet in the air and revolves at a speed of 13 RPM giving riders a 3.5 g experience!

Save money on discounted pre-sale entry and carnival ride tickets from April 1- 24. Save $2 off Adult admission, $1 off child admission (6-12 years old) and $6 off carnival wristbands. Sale ends online at 10PM or you can buy tickets in person.

Cosmic Carnival Midway
Blast off to Planet Fun for some screaming adventures with over 30 carnival rides, alien stilt walkers, Robocars, farm animals, yummy fair food, entertainment and more family style enjoyment are ready for your visit. The Fair is “Out of this World,” guaranteed to transport you to another dimension and create memories that will last forever!

Tons of Fun for the Little Ones!
Your children will have a wonderful time as they ride on a real pony and see the exotic animals in the petting zoo. The kid’s carnival will excite and delight you and your children. You’ll hoot with laughter at the All Alaskan “Warp Speed” Racing Pigs as they run around the track, jump the hurdles and compete for the honor of being the fastest little piggy of all.

Entertainment for all Ages!
Beam yourself up for some great talent on the Launching Pad and Outer Space stages. Music, hypnotist, illusions, dancing, magic and more will keep you and your family entertained for hours! Featuring Lucha Libre REVOLUTION wrestling and T3R Elemento band.

Youth Exhibits and Activities!
Phase into Close Encounters Hall (Exhibit Building) and enjoy the interactive displays. You will enjoy artwork, photography, pottery and many other projects entered by the cool kids from our community. You will also see the expo showcase of local foods, wine & beer, arts & crafts, horticulture, and fine arts displays.

Cooking Contests!
Calling all cooks! Enter one of the daily cooking contests. You will love tasting free samples of the featured desserts, appetizers and other scrumptious foods at the cooking contests.

Farm Animals
Farm Animals abound in the livestock area! Goats, chickens, alpacas, bunnies and many other animals are on display along with interactive displays highlighting agriculture and livestock.
