Operations Manager Stefan Selbert will lead a short walking tour of the beautiful grasslands while teaching the principals of regenerative grazing and holistic management. You will learn about the latest research and best practices for managing cattle to promote soil health, biodiversity, and ecological resilience.
The tour continues with an opportunity to see the cattle up close and in person! You will see the beautiful red ochre color of the Bonsmara cattle and learn about the characteristics that make this South African breed perfect for the California Central Coast. This experience ends with a tasting of Casa Dumetz wines and grilled sliders from the grass-fed and grass-finished Las Cumbres beef.
