PEP 9th Annual Touch-A-Truck

A Fun Family Event & Fundraiser for Postpartum Education for Parents (PEP).

On Sunday, September 22nd, Postpartum Education for Parents (PEP) will once again welcome the community to their popular Touch-A-Truck event. In its ninth year, kids of all ages will be able to safely explore dozens of trucks, pieces of construction equipment, and public safety vehicles at Santa Barbara City College’s West Campus parking lot from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Bring the entire family to this affordable and unique family event and interact with the men and women who protect, serve, and work to build our community. Dozens of community exhibitors, entertainment and activities, including face painting, bounce houses, and games round out the day of fun. Food and refreshments will be available for purchase.

Touch-A-Truck serves as PEP’s primary annual fundraiser and presents a unique opportunity to show support for PEP. Tickets for the event are available for purchase at the Touch-A-Truck website (www.sbpep.org/tat). Families are encouraged to purchase tickets online for the best deal. Touch-A-Truck admission costs $20 per family and $5 per individual during pre-sale; $25 per family and $8 per individual on the day of the event. Children under 2 are free.

All proceeds from Touch-A-Truck go to support PEP’s core services for the community. Sponsorship packages are available to further support PEP. For a $20 Sponsor-A-Family donation, PEP will provide admission for a local family in need to attend.
