Music in the Gardens: American Rhythms

“Music in the Gardens – American Rhythms” combines the best of American music, food and wine on the grounds of the Music Academy of the West.

The Women’s Auxiliary of the Music Academy of the West has announced the theme of the 2019 Music in the Gardens fundraiser: American Rhythms. This community event will take place on the iconic grounds of The Music Academy of the West and will combine American music, food, wine and silent auction.

The event assembles an eclectic program of live musicians performing various music genres including Jazz & Blues, Rock & Roll, Bluegrass, Dixieland and Country. Experience these performances as you stroll the campus gardens while sampling a variety of classic American dishes prepared by local caterer Rincon Events along with wine to compliment the experience. The event also includes a silent auction with extensive offerings including spa, gourmet dining, live performance and travel experiences, gift baskets and more. 

The Women’s Auxiliary of the Music Academy supports the Academy Community Access programs and scholarships that enable 140 outstanding students to study in Santa Barbara each summer.
