🌊 February invites a slower pace — a soft opening before movement.
Through breath, we simplify, release control, and make space for ease.
In that space, abundance is felt, quietly, naturally.
We begin with grounding, intention setting, and journaling with self-reflection questions and optional sharing. These prompts gently help participants notice what’s held in the body: emotions, tension, and even stored trauma.
From there, conscious breathwork guides the body into release, and sound healing restores the system with soothing frequencies.
