Hailing from Santa Barbara, OutOfTheBlue combines rock n’ roll, soul, reggae, blues, and country for a low-noise, high-output show. Band members include Robert Arthur Montanes on guitar, bass, vocals; Steve Puailoa on lead guitar, bass, vocals; Bob Dolin on keyboards, guitar, vocals; Brian Harrell on bass, guitar, vocals; and Eric Cuellar on drums, vocals.
