Join us in learning strategies of how you might create a more balanced life. A life where you say “yes” to the things that truly matter and “no” when it would drain much needed energy!   

 

Lisa Murray is a board certified life and parent coach who enjoys working with individuals seeking to improve the quality of their life and increase their happiness. She particularly enjoys coaching people who are either entering a new chapter in their life (life transitions) or just feeling “stuck” and ready to explore what they really want in life.
