Our tasting menu includes
BREAD & BUTTER – sourdough, brioche, sea salt
BEET SALAD – pomegranate, radicchio, lemon & coriander vinaigrette
POTATO LEEK BISQUE – chives and crispy leeks
MANDARIN ICE – angostura bitters
(everyone gets all three starters)
PORK STEAK – wild rice, asparagus and mushroom cream sauce
CHICKEN BREAST – spaghetti squash, winter citrus and natural jus
VEGETARIAN – creamy acorn gnocchi, mushrooms, asparagus, kale, fine herbs
