Rex the T-rex is having a big feeling day. With the help from his friends, Rex learns the Finger Holds to help manage his emotions. This technique is great for everyone so they can be in control of their feelings before they control you. This is the first of a three-book series tailored for young readers, parents and educators. Dinosaurs Have Big Feelings Too guides all ages through mindfulness techniques that bring calmness and joy to their minds.
