Jack Kornfield is the co-founder and senior teacher at Spirit Rock Meditation Center in Northern California. Trudy Goodman is the founder and guiding teacher of InsightLA in Los Angeles. Jack and Trudy will offer and explore the resources of grounding, the gifts of common humanity, the power of mindful loving awareness, the opening of vast and tender perspectives and the great heart of compassion that is found within.
