Grow + Flow

Join us for a free 60-minute, all-levels yoga class, led by lululemon Santa Barbara Ambassador and CorePower Yoga instructor Gabby Escamilla, on the beautiful Great Meadow at Chase Palm Park. Following class, enjoy a fresh juice (on us!) created by Juice Ranch using local produce grown right here in Santa Barbara from the sunny rooftop vertical farm at Chapala Gardens! Grow + Flow is BYOM – bring your own mat!
