The Grace Fisher Foundation has been chosen as the beneficiary for the ticket sales of the Santa Barbara Studio Artists’ 23rd Annual Open Studio Tour, taking place from August 31 to September 2, 2024. The foundation, which is dedicated to increasing educational accessibility and promoting inclusive arts, will benefit from this three-day celebration of local art.
The event will kick off with a Reception and Preview Exhibition on August 30, 2024, 5-8pm at The Community Arts Workshop (CAW), located at 631 Garden St., Santa Barbara, CA. Attendees of the reception will have the exclusive opportunity to view an original oil painting by Grace Fisher herself, marking a special highlight of the evening.
Guests will enjoy complimentary appetizers and drinks while previewing the works of talented local artists. The tour will then unfold over the weekend, allowing art lovers to visit the studios of some of Santa Barbara’s most esteemed artists, all while supporting a cause that empowers performers of all abilities through the arts.
“We are thrilled and honored to be the beneficiary of this year’s Open Studio Tour,” said Grace Fisher, founder of the Grace Fisher Foundation. “This event not only celebrates the incredible talent within our community but also helps to further our mission of bringing the arts to everyone, regardless of ability.”
