Full Moon Meditation ~ novice meditators are very welcome to join us.
This nondenominational event will take place on Sunday, December 15th, 2024. All meditators are very welcome, from novice to experienced practitioners. The program will take place in the chapel at Unity of Santa Barbara, which is located at 227 East Arreaga Street.
This program will be facilitated by Tom Gore O’Brien, who has conducted meditation programs for over 30 years for medical, business, and legal professionals, as well as families, students, and incarcerated individuals.
Pease arrive a few minutes early so that you can settle in, and we can start the program on time.

The program will feature gentle yoga stretches (don’t worry, you will not have to twist yourself into a pretzel), a guided meditation, and a more formal meditation period.
Wear an extra layer, as it can be a bit chilly in the chapel.
There is always plenty of room, feel free to invite one hundred of your closest friends!

The registration fee is $20 for adults. By donation: members of the 12 Step community and the homeless.
