FREE Criminal Record Clearance and Prop 47 Legal Clinic

Millions of low-income Californians face legal barriers to basic necessities, such as employment, housing and education. Having a criminal record presents additional barriers to obtaining these necessities and engaging in civic participation. In order to assist the low-income residents of Santa Barbara and its surrounding communities, OneJustice’s Justice Bus® Project is partnering with the Santa Barbara Public Defender’s Office to provide a FREE criminal record clearance and Prop. 47 clinic in Santa Barbara.

During the clinic, volunteer law students and attorneys will assist individuals with appointments to complete their criminal record expungements and Prop. 47 reductions one-hundred percent free of charge. Space is limited so call and make your appointment today!
