About Stephen Kalt:
Winner of Food Network’s Iron Chef and a prominent industry veteran, Chef Kalt is currently the Chef/ Owner of Spartina in Los Angeles. A Chef, Restaurateur, and Industry Consultant, Chef Kalt also beat his old friend Bobby Flay on Food Network’s “Beat Bobby Flay”. Chef Kalt is known for years around the country from his restaurant Spartina as well as having trained under Daniel Boulud at the 4 Star Le Cirque, Thomas Keller of Per Se in Napa, Jean Georges Vongerichten, Wolfgang Puck, Dean Fearing, and for his years with Steve Wynn at Wynn Resorts in Las Vegas. Spartina has been featured on “Hot Lists” by Eater, Infatuation, Los Angeles Magazine, Thrillist, Time Out, and the LA Times, as well as being featured in Wallpaper Magazine and French Vogue for its unique style and design.
