This fall sign up your teenage athlete through Variant Training Lab's fall conditioning program.

In order to be the best possible athlete you can be this winter, it is vital to have a personalized, executable plan that is geared towards your own goals. At Variant, we understand that the demands of practices and games require strategic programming based on each athlete's needs, daily training routine, and recovery regimen. That's why our team of Doctors of Physical Therapy, Strength & Conditioning Coaches and Data Scientists have developed a cutting edge, pre- and in-season training program for all youth athletes. Participants can expect to improve their strength & conditioning, increase their ability to recover, and learn proper bio-mechanics that facilitate maximum performance and reduce injury risk. Each session will be directed by Coach Mike Rishwain (CSCS), who oversees Variant’s Athlete Performance Programs.


Dates: September 2 - December 15 (open enrollment through September 15)
Location: Variant Training Lab, 314 State Street
Ages: 13-18 Years Old



Group training sessions will include professional oversight by Variant Trainers, and are offered in the afternoon (after school, Monday through Friday). Each athlete will also receive a goal-centered, personalized training program and Kinetic BodyPrint tracking using world class technology.
