Trainings are FREE. Associates, Trainees, Licensed Therapists, and those with lived experience in Santa Barbara County are invited to attend.

This training is on ZOOM and In-Person to practice hosting a hybrid support group. This means you can choose to attend either in person or virtually.

Develop your facilitator style, learn to set a structure that is consistent and creates a safe space for participants, and an opportunity for connection. Develop ways to empower your participants with tools and find a balance between educating and providing support. Feel empowered to lead a support group regardless of the audience or theme of the group.

For those wanting to co-lead YouthWell support groups, this will be an opportunity to connect with leads and learn their styles so that you are more comfortable in your role. We want facilitators to empower group participants through education, support, and by providing tools that improve communication, active listening, and self care.
