EV Reach Code “Lunch and Learn” on Zoom February 28 at Noon

The City of Goleta would like to invite you to a community event on Wednesday, February 28th from 12:00 – 1:00pm to discuss the city’s proposed electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure reach code. Reach codes are local ordinances that extend beyond the minimum state requirements and the City of Goleta would like to adopt an EV reach code to increase access to and address the growing demand for EV charging.
In this workshop, we will:
1. Discuss the benefits of an EV reach code for the community.
2. Explain the proposed EV reach code requirements.
3. Answer questions from the audience.
