El Encanto, A Belmond Hotel, Santa Barbara is opening its Taste of El Encanto, Chandon Experience to the public with two ticketed dinner events on Saturday, April 18 & Sunday, April 19, 2021.

In addition to opening the two Chandon dinner experiences to individual ticket sales, El Encanto is opening its exclusive pop-up Chandon Tasting Room. For a limited time only, April 19th – 25th, El Encanto in partnership with Chandon will transform the hotel’s Fireside Room & Terrace into the ultimate Chandon Tasting Escape.

The Taste of El Encanto Chandon X Chef’s Dinner is an exceptional al fresco evening expertly paired wine dinner experience, taking place Sunday, April 18 at 6:00 PM. Indulge in four delightful coastal-inspired courses of impeccably prepared cuisine by El Encanto’s Executive Chef Bruno Lopez, each paired with splendid Domaine Chandon vintages. Revel in the history and nuances of the evening’s meticulous selection, as Brand Ambassador, Brian Fairleigh, guides you through a journey of sensory exceptionalism. $185 per person + tax and gratuity.

Taste of El Encanto Chandon Winemakers Dinner | Monday, April 19, 2021, at 6:00 PM
The following evening, Monday, April 19, the hotel hosts the Taste of El Encanto Chandon Winemakers Dinner, which is a rare opportunity to partake in a highly covetable wine dinner experience on the Channel Islands Terrace. The experience is led Domaine Chandon Head Winemaker, Pauline Lhote, with expertly paired courses by El Encanto’s Executive Chef Bruno Lopez. Lhote is a true authority in sparkling wine, having started her career in her hometown of Champagne, France. She will be speaking to her role at Domaine Chandon in Yountville, CA, and how Domaine Chandon continues to cultivate the California terroir in innovative and expressive ways; delighting senses with California brightness, vibrancy, and intensity of flavors and aromas. $225 per person plus tax + gratuity.
