Dylan Star Clothing Boutique Announces 30 for 30 Sales Event Ahead of Transition to Personal Shopping Model
Exclusive In-Store Savings Available as Part of Inventory Close Out
Dylan Star Clothing Boutique, a staple of Santa Barbara’s Funk Zone fashion scene since 2018, announced today the launch of its 30 for 30 Sales Event, offering customers 30% off the entire store running from September 15 – October 15, 2025.
As the boutique prepares for its transition into Dylan Delivered, an exclusively online and personalized styling service, the 30-day event offers customers an opportunity to enjoy 30% off storewide inventory before the physical shop phases out in early 2026.
Owner Erica Brown shared, “This community has embraced Dylan Star from the very beginning, and this sales event is our way of giving back while celebrating what’s ahead. Our in-store inventory will not be restocked as we shift to Dylan Delivered, so this is a once-in-a-season chance for customers to scoop up their favorites.”
With Dylan Delivered, which soft launched in 2024, Brown has reimagined the personal shopping experience. “Instead of stocking a full floor, I now shop specifically for each client. I know their sizes and preferences, and every delivery box helps me understand their needs even more. It’s bespoke styling, delivered right to their doorstep.”
During the transition, shoppers are encouraged to visit the Funk Zone boutique through early 2026 for in-person discounts, as well as explore DylanDelivered.com to get their own personal styling experience started. After filling out a quick questionnaire, clients receive curated clothing tailored to their shape, lifestyle, and needs—plus a custom video or style guide showing how to style the items. Customers only pay for what they keep, with complimentary shipping both ways.
Brown, a Santa Barbara native, remains committed to supporting the local business community through collaborations and monthly pop-up events with other entrepreneurs. This includes a collaboration with the fun, femme biz mixer held monthly by Nicole Michelle Wald called Meet Your Girls, happening September 22, 2025 from 5-7 p.m. with sweet treats provided by Salina Hall of The Sweet Haul and local wine from Michelle Vautier of CrossHatch Co-Fermented Wines.
