How do they mobilize $1.2 billion worth of medicine and medical equipment each year from a warehouse in Santa Barbara? Who does it go to, and how do they make sure that it gets to those who need it most – as soon as possible? How do they pay for it all and keep track of what goes where? And specific to Direct Relief Women, how are moms and babies cared for during, before and after a disaster?
