Carpinteria Arts & Crafts Faire

The Lynda Farly Carpinteria Arts Center, 865 Linden Ave., will host the final Arts & Craft Faire of the season on December 6th, 10:00am-4:00pm, with featured artist Aven Hardy.

Inspired  by her passion for succulents as well as other plants, Aven designs unique  arrangements to enhance their beauty.  An early Christmas gift of succulent plants from her grandmother latter developed into a Carpinteria High School FFA project and ultimately became Aven’s Botanicals.  Aven will be joined by 22 local artists with a myriad of gift ideas in various mediums such as  fabric arts, glass, jewelry, pottery and much more. The Ukulele Jammers will provide music in the morning and the Americana Cats will take over for the afternoon.

Those interested in participating in future Faires can visit the Carpinteria Arts Center website at carpinteriaartscenter.org/marketplace to apply online.  Any entries must be handmade by the selling artist.
