Beach Cleanup

Show the beach some love this Sunday! Join us for a socially distanced Explore Ecology cleanup from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at beautiful Arroyo Burro Beach. Meet in front of the Watershed Resource Center (blue building) before the cleanup to sign in. Face masks are required.
You are welcome to bring your own clean up supplies or use ours. We’ll have buckets with sanitized handles, plastic bags, and reusable or disposable gloves. Cleanups will be self-guided and can include the beach, the parking lot, or the open spaces surrounding Arroyo Burro.
Note: All participants over the age of 2 must wear a mask covering their mouth and nose. Explore Ecology staff will follow safety protocols and will expect participants to do so as well.
Participants will receive a coupon for a cup of chowder from Santa Barbara Shellfish Co.
Community service volunteer hours are available.
