May 29, 2018 @ 8:00 am - June 3, 2018 @ 2:45 am PDT

Using Your Own Life in Fiction will be held on Sunday, June 3rd, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. at the Goleta Library, located at 500 N. Fairview Ave.

Handwriting expert Sheila Lowe, former actor and Hollywood film historian Tony Piazza, former entertainment attorney and Santa Barbara County Bar Director Lida Sideris, and former TV reporter and journalist Nancy Cole Silverman will discuss how real life inspires fiction.

Would your life make a good story? Ever wonder how much of your own life you can use in your fiction? What impact do your experiences have on you? Check in at the Goleta Library to get a behind the scenes look on how these authors tackle real life and fiction.

All library programs are free and open to the public.
