When filling out the online application, choose one of these dates from the drop-down menu: 9/14, 9/16, 9/21, or 9/23

ORIENTATION DAY FOR TEENS: Sunday, October 3, 2:30 – 5:30 pm

Parish Hall, USSB, 1535 Santa Barbara Street

Parents should plan to check teens in and complete any remaining paperwork at drop-off
