A Special Evening at Miss Daisy’s Consignment & Auction House

Glenn Novack presents An Evening with Raconteur & Appraiser Elizabeth  Stewart PhD in person at Miss Daisy’s Consignments & Auction House. This author and respected appraiser Elizabeth Stewart, Ph.D. will discuss what Right Sizing means and how to bring it alive in your home or workspace. 

 

 

Learn from the pros on how to ‘right size’ the home or office at this informal yet informative and fun event.  Owner of the store, Glenn Novack will introduce the event and our speaker. Both will be around to talk with after the presentation.

 

  

 

Elizabeth Stewart’s workshop is on the difference between value and worth by starting with an object which will lead into the topic on ‘right sizing.’  She will ask, “Does this fit my space and is it meaningful?” Stewart is a certified appraiser, author of five books and host of Art & Antiques Radio Show.  This is the first of three planned programs with her. 

Glenn Novack, owner of the largest consignment store in the Tri-counties, is hosting the program.  He’ll also discuss the local market and why Miss Daisy’s is filling a much-needed niche. Novack curates every piece in the store, and it shows! Novack described his store as “It’s like having the Music Academy’s May Madness sale all year long!”   

 

Enjoy a complimentary glass of white wine or non-alcoholic beverage.  Brief Q&A will follow.  

 

Store hours will be extended for guests to wander among all the lovely furnishings, lighting, artwork, rugs and more. (Usual closing time is 5pm).

 

Louis John’s high-end fashion boutique will also be open for this special event.
