Overturned Semi-Truck on Highway 101

ADDENDUM: A photo of this massive double 18-wheeler crashed there would be invaluable. Unfortunately, I was driving & couldn't take one. Luckily, it didn't appear that anyone was injured, but it was the dumbest thing to see this monstrosity on the tiny off-ramp. It looked like a massive train on a little Matchbox race track.

This is the 2nd "major" accident at this off-ramp in a week. I live in the area, and hear/see the accidents at least once a week The 15mph sign posted as drivers approach the short 90 degree curve in the off-ramp is apparently invisible to many. I firmly believe that larger trucks, trucks with trailers, and 18-wheelers should be prohibited from using that off-ramp. Similarly, though not directly related to the El Sueno accident, the back-up on 101 Northbound a mile further down the road between Turnpike & Patterson Ave has dangerous backup & brake-slamming because UCSB traffic takes the offramp lane. They should label that lane "Patterson Exit Only" and the UCSB traffic could funnel directly to 217 AFTER Patterson.
